Kakao-Beeren-Rot

The raspberry center is so vibrant it actually cuts through the richness of the truffle, which is exactly what I hoped for. Ate the whole 100g box in two sittings, the cocoa dusting on the outside keeps it from being too sweet.

The cocoa dusting on top really balances the raspberry kick without hiding the truffle’s creaminess. I’ve already finished half the box in one sitting—dangerously good for a 100g treat.

The cocoa dusting on top is the perfect counter to the sweet raspberry center, keeps it from being too much. I ate three straight from the box before I even realized the 100g was almost gone. Smooth, rich, and just the right amount of tart.
