The raspberry center is so vibrant it actually cuts through the richness of the truffle, which is exactly what I hoped for. Ate the whole 100g box in two sittings, the cocoa dusting on the outside keeps it from being too sweet.
The cocoa dusting on top really balances the raspberry kick without hiding the truffle’s creaminess. I’ve already finished half the box in one sitting—dangerously good for a 100g treat.
